At CERN, physicists and engineers are exploring the fundamental laws of the universe using some of the world's largest and most complex scientific instruments. This object collection unites pieces from over 60 years of CERN’s history. You can find prototypes of new technologies and also pieces of actual equipment that served in CERN’s particle accelerators and detectors.
